Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of defense litigation, including case investigation, legal research, drafting pleadings, and motions.
- Conduct depositions, court appearances, and mediations.

- Manage a caseload effectively and meet deadlines.
- Stay updated on relevant legal developments and maintain a strong focus on client service.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to practice law in New York State.
- At least 2 years of experience in defense litigation, preferably involving negligence, personal injury, labor law, or professional malpractice cases.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle a diverse caseload and work both independently and as part of a team.
