We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Personal Injury Attorney with 8–10 years of plaintiff-side experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong litigation background, a proven ability to manage complex cases from intake through trial or settlement, and a passion for helping injured clients obtain the justice they deserve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a full caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters
- Conduct depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
- Oversee case strategy, discovery, and motion practice
- Collaborate with junior attorneys and legal support staff
- Maintain strong client communication and satisfaction
- Originate and generate new business is a major plus
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing with the New Jersey Bar
- 8–10 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
- Demonstrated trial and negotiation experience
- Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary of $150,000–$180,000
- 1/3 of all revenue generated
