What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Guided Search Partners?
This is a blended role between Customer Service, Inside Sales and Tech Services. This organization is on a huge growth path over the last 20 years in the commercial construction industry. This team handles new projects and does all estimating and manages the projects from cradle to grave.
Qualifications
- 3 years' of work experience in Construction or Architectural industry
- Estimating costs and projects is a plus
- Inside Sales and/or Customer Service experience is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Experienced utilizing a CRM system
Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
