We're looking for a skilled Retail Guitar Repair Tech who will provide exceptional customer service, perform maintenance and repairs on customer-owned instruments, and assist in maintaining our store inventory. As a successful candidate, you'll be responsible for:
- Interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Providing high-quality repair services on customer-owned instruments
- Maintaining store-owned gear as requested
- Completing warranty repair work
- Additional duties as assigned
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a strong understanding of guitar repair and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
