Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales and account management, with a proven track record of driving business development initiatives. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, effective communication abilities, and a keen understanding of technology sales. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Drive business development efforts by identifying new sales opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
  • Conduct warm calls to potential clients to introduce our services and solutions.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage account information, track sales activities, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that resonate with clients.
  • Provide technical sales support by demonstrating product features and benefits to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that align with company goals while meeting client expectations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to inform business decisions and enhance service offerings.

Experience

  • Proven experience in account management or related fields such as B2B sales or technical sales.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals effectively.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client relationships and tracking sales activities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and drive results within a collaborative environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on market insights.
