The Account Manager’s mission is to lead, mentor, and guide our Data Entry Specialists while ensuring the successful oversight of client financial accounts. This role demands strong leadership and communication, as well as the ability to balance team management with client care. With a foundation in accounting, the Account Manager ensures Virtual CFO delivers accurate, timely, and personalized financial solutions while fostering a positive team environment.
What We Expect of You
- Proficient in managing data and has a meticulous approach to ensure the integrity of all information.
- Experience with QuickBooks Online (required) and Service Titan (preferred).
- Embrace tech and use it to provide a better service to our clients.
- A natural communicator, both with clients and within teams, who can explain complex financial information clearly.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Able to work in hybrid capacity, primarily from home but also available for occasional onsite work in the Pensacola area.
- A proactive team player who thrives in a collaborative and fun culture.
