WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Refugee Social Integration Coordinator is non-exempt position responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the Refugee Program services Will provide Case Management services but will also dedicate time to Coordination and Capacity Building of the program. Will supervise activities of the Refugee Case Manager, as well as volunteers/interns.
- Coordinate the daily operations of Refugee Programs.
- Supervise Refugee Case Managers, Volunteers & Interns
- Monitor all client service aspects related to Refugee Services and ensures that program outcome objectives are met.
- Ensures that Assessments, Screenings, Intakes, Service Plans, Family Self Sufficiency plans are completed to reflect the needs and goals of clients.
- Works to ensure that files and client documentation is kept in an orderly and appropriate manner that meets the clients, agencies and funder needs and entered into agency and funder databases.

- Ensures that payments made to or on behalf of clients are accurate and in accordance with Gulf Coast and funder guidelines.

- Develop relationships with housing and service partners to identify and secure housing and additional resources for clients.
- Coordinate in-kind donations.
- Performs all other duties assigned by the Sr. Director.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Bachelor's in social work, international studies, human development or related field strongly desired.
- Previous supervisory experience a plus.
- Cross-cultural experience or cultural diversity training required.
- Bilingual abilities preferred.
- Must participate in at least 10 hours of continuing education/training per year.
- Must be computer literate.
- Must have a valid drivers' license and current auto insurance.
