We are excited to be adding new energy and talents to build on our incredible team at Gulf Coast Orthodontics! Our busy and growing orthodontic practice is in search of a team player to serve as a receptionist. We are looking for a motivated, energetic and organized team player that is dedicated to ensuring patient satisfaction and working hard to grow with our practice.
Our office uses the most current technology in orthodontics, including digital radiology and digital scanners.

Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Friendly, patient and kind towards patients and fellow team members, and thrives in a high-energy environment.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software systems quickly.
- Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities

- Ability to travel to multiple locations - Fort Myers, Estero, and Naples
Responsibilities:
- Making an outstanding first impression with patients and families
- Establish rapport with new patients and their families throughout their treatment
- Manage the schedule and getting patients into their appointments
- Communicate and coordinate orthodontic treatment, insurance benefits and payment options to patients and referring dental offices
- Follow patient follow-up protocols to coordinate and send letters to dentists and patients, follow-up calls to insurance and benefits, payments, etc.
The right person will ideally have experience in the orthodontic field and have experience with Cloud 9. This may be waived, however, for the right person who has a record of success in sales and customer service and is ready to jump in fast to learning all about orthodontics!
This role also allows for growth opportunities in leadership and business development. Pay is commensurate with experience, work ethic and personality fit for our culture.
