H 2 O Innovation is seeking a new team member for the position of Heavy Equipment Operator to join our Gulfport, MS team. Our next colleague will hold a full time & permanent position. Your primary duty will involve operating heavy equipment to clean ditches and ensure proper drainage flow.

- Perform ditch cleaning to maintain optimal hydraulic and drainage flow;
- Operate a variety of equipment such as excavators, dozers, backhoes, and graders;
- Ensure all daily operations adhere to safety protocols and are executed efficiently;
- Request utility line locates and comply with line locate policies;
- Prepare and submit written reports as required.
- Valid driver’s license and high school diploma/GED;
- Minimum of 6 months of experience operating excavators, backhoes, dozers, and graders;
- Experience with pipe-laying in the construction field is advantageous;
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and establishing grade preferred;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Ability to effectively communicate with the public, team members, and supervisors;
- Capable of performing physical tasks in diverse weather conditions.
