Your responsibilities will include ensuring that items are in good condition and priced appropriately for sale.
Key Responsibilities
- Uphold store and customer service policies.
- Price donations according to company procedures.
- Deliver excellent customer service while selling merchandise.
- Organize and maintain your assigned area.
- Adapt to various job duties throughout the day.
- Receive and process incoming donated items.
- Mentor volunteers and communicate with the Volunteer Coordinator.
- Complete tasks assigned by the ReStore Manager and Assistant Manager.
- To thrive as a ReStore Specialist at Habitat Bucks, you should:
- Have a passion for customer service and a friendly demeanor.
- Be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds independently, and over 75 pounds with assistance or tools.
- Bring experience with pallet jacks or forklifts (a plus!).
- Possess strong communication skills and a can-do attitude.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt.
