Key Requirements:

- Manual Dexterity: Skilled in handling delicate tools and equipment.
- Tool Expertise: Experience with both manual and power tools.
- Computer and Networking Knowledge: Intermediate working knowledge required.
- Electrical Understanding: At least a foundational understanding of electrical current principles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in pre-wiring, installation, setup, and maintenance of low voltage systems such as:
- IP CCTV
- Audio/Video Distribution
- Intercoms
- Access Control
- Home Automation systems like Control4, Crestron or similar technologies.
Additional Expectations:
- Willingness and availability to work overtime when necessary.
- Special assignments as needed.
- Reliable transportation for work-related tasks.
