What are the responsibilities and job description for the Student Worker-Sports Information Worker position at HAGERSTOWN COMMUNITY COLLEGE?
Duties
Work directly with members of the HCC Athletic Department on projects related to game production, game coverage, and social media/web site posting for HCC athletic sponsored events. Must be able to work evenings and weekends, as needed, to cover athletic events.
Special skills needed
Must be reliable! Technologically savvy; familiar with Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok and the HCC Athletics website. Have a basic knowledge and interest in the sports offered by HCC. Be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher and Canva. Have a basic knowledge of photography, or the willingness to learn. This position will work both inside and outside, depending on the sports season.
