Job Purpose
Independently: transport supplies, and packaging and manufacturing equipment/parts: stock consumable supplies to meet short and long-term safety, quality, and production needs; perform the cleaning of packaging and manufacturing equipment/parts to routinely achieve production and quality standards while following GMPs, SOPs and standard work documentation; maintain accurate documentation for duties performed; lead process and equipment improvements.
Key Responsibilities
On time parts delivery.
Maintain adequate consumable supplies.
Perform all work instructions when cleaning Packaging parts.
Perform accurate documentation of GMP functions.
Communicate cross-functionally.
CENTRAL SERVICES OPERATIONS: In accordance with cGMP documents, standard work documents, and other instructional materials: independently operate equipment at various workstations; oversee and perform basic measures; act as subject matter expert and/or trainer for area equipment and processes
EQUIPMENT CLEANING and CHANGE OVER: Assist in cleaning, storing, transporting and maintaining of equipment and parts, while maintaining quality standards, in support of effective operations in accordance with required timeframes and cGMP documents, standard work documents, and other instructional materials
EQUIPMENT TROUBLESHOOTING and REPAIRS: Identify worn or broken parts, and escalate issues appropriately
PROCEDURE DEVELOPMENT: Assist with revisions on SOPs, Work Instructions, Cleaning forms and other critical paperwork.
MATERIALS & SUPPLIES: Continuously monitor staging areas; issue and deliver factory supplies; identify and resolve material issues that could slow production or affect quality or safety; use transporting equipment safely.; assist in maintaining inventory to ensure that supplies are used wisely and within parameters; continually seek to reduce waste and unnecessary costs associated with misuse or waste of consumables, supplies and other items.
RECORD KEEPING: Accurately maintain documentation related to equipment operations, cleanings, calibrations, adjustments and troubleshooting for GMP documents, equipment logs, cleaning logs, Tier 1 boards, and all other required records used to track equipment/parts activity and status for activities performed; ensure accuracy and timeliness of record keeping by others by monitoring entries and providing timely and effective coaching and feedback; knowledgeable of all ERP transactions relevant to the area
OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

Ensure team participation and compliance with safety, PPE, and environmental requirements.
Ensure that all associates and temporaries in the area follow established quality procedures to include SOPs and GMP documentation requirements; review GMP paperwork.
Drive operational activities and results as to meet goals and metrics.
Lead and/or actively support process and equipment improvements as to meet improvement targets.
EHS Responsibilities - All Associates
Know, understand and comply with all Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines
Report unsafe conditions
Report all injuries, illnesses and hazardous materials releases
