SUMMARY OF THE JOB :
The Creative Lead for Hallmark University will be responsible for leading the conceptualization, development, and execution of compelling creative strategies that effectively communicate the university's mission, values, and offerings to various stakeholders. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand narrative and enhancing our visual identity across diverse channels.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Creative Strategy Development : Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative and impactful creative strategies aligned with the university's brand objectives and target audience.
- Brand Identity Enhancement : Lead efforts to evolve and strengthen the university's brand identity, ensuring consistency and coherence across all marketing materials and campaigns.
- Content Creation : Conceptualize and produce engaging multimedia content, including but not limited to videos, graphics, animations, and interactive experiences, that effectively convey the university's unique value proposition.
- Campaign Management : Oversee the creative aspects of marketing campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and brand guidelines.
- Team Leadership : Inspire and mentor the marketing team to foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal stakeholders, including admissions, academic departments, and student services, to understand their needs and develop creative solutions that meet their objectives.
- Market Research and Trend Analysis : Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in design and marketing, and integrate relevant insights into creative initiatives.
- Project Management : Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :
