We are seeking an experienced Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the scheduling of staff, ensuring that all shifts are filled and that all staff are properly trained and informed of their duties. The Scheduling Coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of staff attendance and performance, as well as monitoring and responding to any scheduling conflicts or changes. in addition, the Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for processing payroll. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, good communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, second language is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain employee schedules.
  • Ensure that all shifts are filled.
  • Communicate changes in schedules to employees/customers in a timely manner.
  • Monitor employee attendance.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts in a timely manner.
  • Assist with payroll processing.
  • Provide support to the HR department.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 9am- 5pm
Friday 9am - 1pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
