Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
- Assist with night audit responsibilities as needed, ensuring all transactions are accurately processed.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services available to guests.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in or guest services is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and night audit processes is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests.
