Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Read and interpret manuals to troubleshoot effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Maintenance tasks including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work.
- Assist in painting projects as part of facility upkeep.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
Skills
- Hands-on experience in maintenance.
- Experience in facilities maintenance across various systems (HVAC, plumbing, etc.).
- Excellent customer service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Proficient use of tools.
