If you are passionate about delivering exceptional guest services and are looking for a new opportunity, we encourage you to apply. **Duties:** - Greet and register guests in a friendly and efficient manner, providing detailed information about hotel services, amenities, and policies. - Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. - Manage phone calls and messages, handling reservations, requests, and complaints in a timely and courteous manner. - Utilize hotel management software to process guest transactions, update guest records, and perform night audits. - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all necessary documents and supplies are readily available. - Provide support to other departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services. - Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and engage in multilingual conversations to accommodate guests from diverse backgrounds. - Offer personalized recommendations for local attractions and activities, ensuring guests have a memorable stay. - Perform night audits to ensure accuracy in hotel records and to identify areas for improvement. **Experience:** - Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role is highly desirable. - Experience with hotel management software and phone systems is required. - Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, as we strive to provide exceptional guest services to visitors from around the world. - Strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - High school diploma or equivalent is required; hospitality management certification is an asset. **Skills:** - Night audit - Phone systems - Bilingual - Phone etiquette - Guest services - Front desk - Multilingual - Customer service - Hotel management - Hospitality
