Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales is required.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to engage effectively with clients.

Customer-Focused: Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to relate to client needs.

Licensing: Texas Property & Casualty License is mandatory.

Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and effectively under pressure.

Relationship Building: Ability to nurture and maintain long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Engage with clients at our Rockwall, Texas office, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships.

Lead Generation: Proactively seek out and develop new sales opportunities, utilizing various methods to generate potential leads.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Hanby Insurance's offerings to effectively match clients with the best solutions.

Sale Closure: Skillfully navigate the sales process, negotiating terms, and closing deals with a focus on client satisfaction.

Client Retention: Foster long-term client partnerships through consistent follow-up and support, ensuring renewal and ongoing engagement.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and prospects in our CRM system.

Market Awareness: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
