The Opportunity
As a Marketing Coordinator within the Global Operations team, you will support the coordination and execution of key marketing initiatives that amplify our brand, promote Haptiq products, and accelerate go-to-market efforts. This entry-level role will focus on tactical delivery of cross-channel marketing activities, including content production, feature launches, press distribution, and event support. You will be a key contributor to driving marketing velocity across internal and external communications.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Coordinate execution of press releases, feature/functionality launches, and campaign announcements in collaboration with product and operations teams.
- Support content development initiatives (presentations, case studies, data sheets, blog posts) by managing timelines, reviewing drafts, and ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Facilitate the development of creative assets by partnering with designers and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Manage internal project tracking for marketing deliverables, using tools such as HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or Monday.
- Assist with logistics and coordination of in-person and virtual events, webinars, and product demos.
- Update and maintain core marketing operations systems, including email lists, content libraries, and web assets.
- Track marketing performance metrics and assist with reporting using tools such as Google Analytics and Looker.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or project coordination role.
- Hands-on familiarity with modern marketing tools such as HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Basic proficiency with design platforms like Figma and Canva is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Google Analytics, and project tracking tools.
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
