Job Summary: Present a pleasant and professional first impression to members and guests. Provide excellent service in a timely and efficient manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:
- Perform the duties of a cart attendant in a pleasant, ethical, and professional manner.
- Clean clubs for golfers after completion of each round.
3. Maintain practice range including opening and closing with a consistent presentation, providing clean balls and rotate hitting stations.
4. Service, maintain, and charge fleet carts on a daily basis.
5. Provide cart cleaning and detailing; service and repair member’s carts.
6. Provide club storage for members and guests.
7. Maintain ice and water station and ensure an adequate supply of cups, lids, straws, making sure the area is always neat and clean.
8. Wash, dry, and fold towels for member use on a daily basis.
9. Coordinate with Golf Pro Shop in the set up and operation of tournaments and daily shotguns.
10. Exchange member’s carts that have broken during round with fleet cart, relieve starter/rangers for breaks, transport members on and off course.
Job Requirements include the following, but are not limited to:
- Conduct the day-to-day operations of the golf department in a business-like, ethical and professional manner.

- Maintain good working relationship with club members, employees and all customers.
- Utilize a clear speaking voice in the English language.
- Dress appropriately for position; professional manner and well groomed.
