Harmonia Holdings Group, LLC, an award-winning federal government contractor, is seeking multiple exceptional Business Analysts to join our rapidly growing team. The Business Analysts' primary responsibility will be to gather, analyze, evaluate, document, validate, and refine the needs of all business stakeholders and effectively communicate requirements to the software development team, applying Agile principles and practices throughout the project duration. The ideal candidate will be experienced in interacting with product owners to gather requirements and will be an excellent communicator who can simplify complexity and bring teams together around ideas. A Business Analyst at Harmonia must have a strong customer focus and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Job Functions:
- Manage and track project statuses throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements through the analysis of project schedules, accomplishments, metrics, risks, issues, etc.
- Collaborate with Project Manager, project business owner, SMEs, and vendors to determine project scope and define requirements
- Effectively communicate insights, plans, and issues to multiple levels within the organization
- Research, review, and analyze the different ways to meet the needs of the business within individual projects; and research, review, and analyze effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes
- Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
Experience, Skills and Abilities:
- Business analysis experience in cross-platform projects and working with multiple vendors with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access, Word, PPT)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong business and collaboration skills
- Flexible can-do attitude, willing to help with all types of tasks in an ever-changing environment
- Work both independently and as part of a team
