We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations. This is a temporary position with the potential for full-time conversion, ideal for candidates with warehouse supervision experience, WMS knowledge, and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise warehouse associates, ensuring efficient handling of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Maintain high visibility on the warehouse floor, actively monitoring workflow and addressing operational issues.
- Implement productivity, accuracy, and reliability standards to optimize warehouse performance.
- Enforce company policies and safety protocols to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
- Train, coach, and support warehouse staff, handling performance and behavioral concerns as needed.
- Manage administrative reporting and correspondence related to warehouse operations.
- Oversee workforce planning, including manpower allocation and shift coordination.
- Utilize and maintain Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for operational efficiency.
- Participate in safety initiatives and training programs to uphold industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Korean (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a distribution or warehouse environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with multi-shift warehouse operations preferred.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- This is a temporary position through a staffing agency, with the possibility of full-time conversion based on performance and business needs.
