This is a full-time on-site Account Manager role located in West Chester, PA. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, understanding their requirements, coordinating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions, and addressing any client concerns promptly. The Account Manager will also be tasked with identifying upselling opportunities and preparing regular reports on account status.
