Position Overview
As an Automotive Physical Damage Claims Adjuster , you will oversee the investigation, evaluation, and resolution of property insurance claims, ensuring fair settlements and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented approach, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining the company’s high standards of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate property claims to ensure fair resolutions.
- Interpret and apply policy coverage to individual claims.
- Communicate effectively with policyholders, contractors, and other stakeholders to provide clear and professional updates.
- Conduct thorough investigations, gathering all necessary documentation and details.
- Document and manage claim files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
