What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscaper position at Harrison Meadows Country Club?
Seeking a landscape gardener to maintain the picturesque clubhouse grounds. The job consists of planting, deadheading, pruning, hedging, and mowing. Person needs to be self-motivated with an eye for detail. Experience with irrigation systems a plus.
Physical Demand and Work Environment:
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. to shoulder height repetitively.
- Frequent bending, turning, kneeling, and stooping.
- Must be able to stand for an extended period of time.
- Exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions on a daily basis
- May need to use some protective equipment, such as gloves, earplugs, eye guards/visor.
- Often required to get dirty and/or work in a dirty environment.
- Normal vision and hearing ranges required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to speak, write and read English.
