Job Description
The Shift Coordinator / Weighmaster at Mansfield receives directions from the customer regarding the weights and specific type of various materials to be loaded into a bucket for the customer. You must direct the equipment operator to the correct location of the product, ensure they are loading the correct amount and in the correct order. When the customer requires a change or your need to replace one product with another, you must be able to quickly and correctly redirect the equipment operator to make the changes.
This is a very fast passed job in which you must be able to properly assess the needs and prioritize the activities and ensure the exact recipe is followed.
Shift
7 second shifts (3p-11p)
1 day off
7-day shifts (7a-3p)
2 days off
7-night shifts (11p-7a)
4 days off
The shift rotates around in this order
The selected candidate will also work holidays (This will include compensation as double time and a half)
Bonus: $500.00 after 6 months; $1000.00 after 12 months
