We’re looking for a Community Investment Grants Associate to help drive our global social impact initiatives. You’ll lead and manage grant workflows, maintain high-impact partnerships, and support operational growth that truly matters.
✅ What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end grant processes for corporate donations and community investments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth, compliant, and impactful execution.
- Cultivate relationships with nonprofit partners and identify new opportunities for community engagement.
- Oversee program operations: inboxes, financial processing, data imports, and impact reporting.
- Work directly with senior leadership, bringing structure and clarity to evolving processes.
🧠What You Bring
- 5 years in high-tech project or program management.
- Background in CSR, social impact, or nonprofit grantmaking.
- Proven success in handling multiple grants and leading cross-functional efforts.
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Experience with Mac OS X, Keynote, Numbers, and Pages.
- Ability to work Pacific Time hours and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
