The Hattie Larlham Residential Home Manager is a member of the leadership team and provides support, guidance, and supervision to direct care staff in order to ensure the highest quality of care for the persons served.
Opening:
- Residential Manager
- Location: Westerville, Ohio
- Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, on-call required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid - Free training is provided.
- Valid Ohio Driver's License & proof of auto insurance.
- Ability to travel within the state of Ohio required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
Duties:
- Responsible for management of the overall system of supports and services provided to the individuals served.
- Provide training and development of the direct care staff in order to ensure the highest quality of care for the persons served.
- Interview candidates for direct care openings and hire quality staff.
- Maintain master schedules.
- Complete forms, reports, documentation and other paperwork and submit my assigned due dates. Oversee and monitor the completion of forms, reports, documentation and other paperwork by direct care staff.
- Monitor budgets and complete all financial reports and audits.
- Communicate with county representative, families and guardians regarding Individual’s progress, needs, concerns and all emergencies.
