Job Description:
We are seeking responsible and vigilant individuals to join our team as lifeguards at Hawk Pool Management. As a lifeguard, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of patrons at our aquatic facility.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the pool/beach area and enforce safety rules to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, including water rescues, first aid situations, and other incidents.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting patrons, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep the facility clean, safe, and operational.
- Maintain proper documentation of incidents, accidents, and other relevant information.
Requirements:
- Current lifeguard certification from a recognized organization (e.g., Red Cross, YMCA).
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
- Previous lifeguarding experience preferred but not required.
