Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled File Management Professional to join our team at HB Staffing, providing expert support for our record-keeping systems and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate files, both physically and electronically, ensuring easy access and minimizing retrieval time.
  • Develop and implement effective filing systems, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the HR department to develop and maintain company-wide records retention policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and training to colleagues on file management best practices and record-keeping procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate file management systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in file management, preferably within a similar industry or sector.
  • Strong understanding of records management principles, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
