Job Summary:
To manage the program and ensure the integration and implementation of the program elements are as per agreed schedule| budget and quality so as to achieve the strategic intent of the program
Key Responsibilities:
1. To ensure value creation in the engagement
2. To manage key Program Partners / Stakeholders interests for smooth integration and implementation of the program and achievement of its objectives.
3. To manage engagement profitability by managing various variables
4. To proactively engage with the client to understand the business engagements
5. To lead| manage| develop and engage the team
6. To proactively identify and mitigate risks & issues (including escalations) for delivery of the program
Skill Requirements:
1. Min 15 Years of IT experience in managing Java Projects/Programs with a team size of 40 to 75
2. Experience in Financial Services Industry
3. Experience in Stakeholder Management
4. Delivery Ownership, own and drive - Program Estimation, Proposal solution, Team Building, Execution & Governance
5. Experience in managing teams across offshore & Onsite in a Scaled Agile model.
Pay and Benefits
Pay Range Minimum: $78000 per year
Pay Range Maximum: $159500 per year

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
