About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Specialist (ImmunoAssays) to join our team. As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the development of our ImmunoAssays product line. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch of new products and provide technical support to our customers. Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related field
- 3 years of experience in product management or technical support in the life science industry
- Strong understanding of immunoassay technologies and applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related field
- Experience in launching immunoassay products in the market
- Experience in managing key accounts and developing business strategies
Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for product improvement and expansion within Healgen Scientific’s portfolio
- Provide data-driven inputs for product design throughout its life cycle
- Contribute to customer retention efforts and new sales initiatives
- Maintain thorough documentation of products and their specifications
- Create and review marketing materials as a subject matter expert to support sales opportunities
- Participate in product development, launch, and release activities
- Provide technical support as needed
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
- Travel is limited to marketing events and conferences
