Adult Mental Health Therapist

The purpose of this position is to provide high-quality, therapeutic services to clients, ensuring their mental health and well-being. The Therapist is responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with other internal and external professionals.

1. Deliver therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
2. Implement therapeutic techniques to address various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders.
3. Accurately document all client interactions, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required documentation within established timeframes per company policy.
4. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.
5. Work closely with other professionals as a multidisciplinary treatment team, to provide holistic care.
6. Provide immediate support and intervention during crisis situations.
7. Engage in community outreach to promote mental health services and attract new clients.
8. Stay current with best practices, new treatment modalities, and emerging trends in mental health therapy.
9. Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and professional development opportunities.

Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
