What are the responsibilities and job description for the Intensive Outpatient Facilitator position at Health Connect America?

What will I be doing?
The IOP Facilitator facilitate all IOP group sessions 3x a week, coordinate with clients, parents, referral sources, and complete all required paperwork per timelines established to ensure successful billing of services.

Qualifications-
Master's Degree with Licensure Eligibility (Social Work, Counseling) and 2 years’ experience working with substances use treatment or Bachelor's Degree with LDAC Licensure and 2 years experience working with adolescents and substance use treatment
