Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience operating and maintaining flatwork scale equipment
- Ability to read and interpret measurements and weights accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Forklift certification
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain the flatwork scale equipment to ensure accurate measurement of materials
- Record and report all measurements and weights accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other members of the production team to ensure that all materials are properly accounted for
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
