Healthcare Recruiters seeks full-time hybrid In Home Therapy Clinicians to service homes, schools and community-based settings in and around Brockton, Marshfield, and Quincy, MA.
Marshfield is an URGENT HIRE - Marshfield territory covers: Duxbury, Kingston, Marshfield, Plymouth, Scituate, Pembroke
Brockton territory covers : Abington, Bridgewater, Brockton, E. Bridgewater, Hanover, Hanson, Rockland, W. Bridgewater
Quincy territory covers: Braintree, Weymouth, Quincy, Randolph, and Holbrook
Our client provides a continuum of care that is proactive, coordinated, available through multiple access points and integrated with medical care.
We’re looking for a passionate, creative, and dedicated Masters level Clinician to join our client’s In-Home Therapy team. If you’re someone who thrives outside the office and wants to make a tangible difference in the lives of children and families, this is the role for you.
Salary range: Unlicensed: $65-75K - Licensed: $75K-95K
Responsibilities:
- Assessing families and adolescents in their natural environments (home, school, community) Ages 4-21.
- Developing treatment plans that reflect family voice and choice
- Providing therapy to adolescents and families using evidence-based approaches. Caseload of 6-8 families.
- Preventing hospitalizations and out-of-home placements
- Managing crises and building safety plans that actually work
- Guiding families toward healthier relationships, better communication, and stronger emotional wellness
- Teaming up with our bachelor’s-level support staff to provide comprehensive wraparound care
Requirements:
- Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field - must be license eligible (LMHC or LICSW)
- Valid MA Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle with a good driving record
- At least 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a therapeutic setting
- Strong communication skills & emotional intelligence
- Ability to make clinical judgments and work independently
- Compassion, flexibility, and a commitment to equity and family-centered care
