Pain Management Physician

We are seeking a compassionate Physical Medicine and Rehab Physician or Anesthesiologist to join our medical practice in Providence, UT. Our ideal Physician has tact and skill in patient management, excellent communication skills, and enjoys working as part of a comprehensive team to offer patients the best care possible.

Our pain management clinics offer specialized medical care techniques for most chronic pain conditions that are evidence-based, safe, and FDA-approved. We utilize a variety of treatment plans specifically designed for each individual to reduce their pain, improve function, and maximize their quality of life.

Job Duties:

• Perform initial medical consults and patient follow-ups
• Recommend tests and conduct diagnostic testing to determine the extent of injury and appropriate treatment
• Order diagnostic labs and imaging
• Oversee patient diagnosis and treatment
• Perform interventional pain procedures as needed
• Prepare patients for return to work after illness or injury
• Document patient information accurately and timely
• Collaborate with colleagues, PAs, and staff for comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

• MD/DO from an accredited educational institution
• Board certification or eligibility in Physical Medicine and Rehab (PMR) or Anesthesiology
• Unrestricted license to practice medicine in UT
• Favorable malpractice history
• DEA license
• Willingness to travel to other locations in UT as needed

Salary : $350,000 - $450,000
