Care RN for a permanent, full-time role with a well-respected Healthcare company in Manistique Michigan. This position offers competitive pay, mileage reimbursement/company vehicle and a sign on bonus.

What You’ll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care to home health and hospice patients
• Manage a manageable caseload (4-5 patients per 10-hour shift) with autonomy and confidence
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient-centered care
• Participate in on-call rotation (~7 days/month), including weekends, with flexible scheduling
• Use evolving EMR technology, with training provided
  
  

Qualifications

• Michigan RN license required (new grads encouraged to apply!)
• Self-starter who thrives working independently and in the community
• Passion for delivering compassionate care and building patient relationships
