ROLE: Recruitment Coordinator-1099- Contract

We are looking for a recruiting coordinator to advertise job vacancies, to screen and prequalify shortlists, and interview candidates.

To ensure success as a recruiting coordinator, you will keep track of the hiring process of candidates. As a top-notch recruiting coordinator, you will have knowledge of labor laws as well as current hiring trends.

This highly motivated person will play an essential part in the continued growth of HealthMark Group by identifying strong and diverse talent. The Recruitment Coordinator will support hiring for the Dallas headquarters, remote positions, and other locations as needed. A passion for cultivating the company culture and marketing the employer brand will be essential in this outstanding opportunity.

  • This position will be 1099 contract

Objectives

  • Actively source candidates through a variety of channels
  • Schedule and conduct interviews
  • Discussing and establishing qualification requirements and terms and conditions of employment with managers
  • Coordinate with management regarding staffing needs
  • Onboard new employees
  • Maintain personnel files.
  • Use available recruiting tools and expertise to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct orientation for new hires as needed.
  • Initiate background screenings and schedule drug test
  • Assist with miscellaneous human resources department initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requisite Experience And Qualifications

  • 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience preferred
  • Previous ATS- ADP experience preferred.
  • The ability to work within a team and coordinate team activities.
  • Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in revising HR policies and ensuring that fair employment hiring practices are implemented
  • In-depth knowledge of hiring strategies, labor laws, and employment equity
  • Strong negotiation skills when discussing terms and conditions of employment
  • Exceptional attention to detail, follow-up, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Great, coachable attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Healthcare IT recruiting experience is a plus
