HealthWays, Inc. in Weirton WV is currently hiring for a Full-Time Mental Health Therapist position.
We are a fully licensed, private, non-profit organization, formerly known as Hancock-Brooke Behavioral Health Service, we are the oldest and largest agency of our type in the Upper Ohio Valley.
HealthWays provides comprehensive mental health and behavioral health care services to the Panhandle community in the tri-state area, Weirton, WV. And we’ve been doing it compassionately and professionally since 1964.
Conveniently located off Rt 22, only half hour away from Pittsburgh Airport, suitable for convenient, fast, picturesque interstate commute.
We are recruiting graduates with master’s degree in Human Service field (i.e., Social Work, Counseling and Psychology). The individual should have knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic classification and render appropriate DSV-5 clinical diagnoses. The individual should possess a working knowledge of several therapeutic methods as well as crisis intervention techniques common to an outpatient mental health setting.
This position is intended to be under the direct supervision of the program Clinical Director.
A West Virginia license or immediate eligibility for such license is required along with the appropriate professional license or be eligible for a license (LPC). HealthWays offers flexible schedule, Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, Supplemental benefits, 401-K, and vacation time.
