As a AM, you’ll oversee all café operations—from assisting with hiring and training to food safety, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

What You’ll Need:
- 3 years of restaurant management/supervisory experience
- Valid driver’s license (Real ID)
- ServSafe Certification (preferred)
- Ability to lead, motivate, and deliver great results
Physical Requirements:
- Standing/walking for entire shifts
- Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 30 lbs
- Fast-paced café navigation
- Positive attitude in sometimes stressful situations
