We are looking for a passionate and motivated Store Manager with strong leadership and mechanical skills to lead our team in Fairmont, MN. This is a great opportunity for an experienced manager who is looking to take their leadership experience to the next level. Job Details:
- Oversee the performance and operations of all aspects of the Fairmont store including both the retail and commercial businesses
- Lead a team of talented service and sales professionals in a fast paced environment and cultivate a We Can Do That culture; mentor, coach and motivate teammates develop their technical and leadership skills
- Drive store sales by achieving overall business performance objectives, including sales and productivity goals
- Ensure the team maintains a safe and clean work environment; maintain the appearance of the retail store
- Provide helpful, friendly, and respectful customer service to generate repeat customers
- Communicate clearly to serve as the liaison between technicians and customers
- Create work schedules and manage service center work flow
