Automotive Service Manager

Penz Automotive Group in Minnesota is looking for a high energy Service Manager to lead our service team to even higher performance levels.

· Driving a highly efficient sales and production operation to address customer’s service needs quickly, thoroughly, and profitably.

· Engaging and motivating the team to achieve key goals and performance expectations.

· Attracting, developing, and retaining the very best talent for the store.

· Creating an exceptional customer experience to create “Customers for Life.”

· Ensuring all service areas are clean, organized and ideally suited to provide top notch service to our customers.

· Managing the business in accordance with manufacturer policies & procedures

· Analyzing the business to determine opportunities and developing action plans to improve performance.

· Automotive Service Manager experience and proven performance.

· Previous Service Advisor experience preferred.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
