Heath Village is a constantly growing and unique retirement community providing multiple levels of housing and healthcare for close to 400 senior residents. We are currently seeking a Per Diem Clinical Receptionist to join our team.
The Clinical Receptionist plays a key role as the first-person residents, families, and visitors encounter when entering the main area of our Meadows building. This position is responsible for greeting and interacting with residents, family, staff, visitors, and the general public in a favorable, courteous, respectful, and helpful manner, both in person and on the telephone.
Clinical Receptionist duties include but are not limited to:
- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
- Organizes applicable duties pertaining to the Outpatient Department
- Organize transportation services
- Coordinates admissions
- Providing support to residents, as needed
- Professional & courteous phone etiquette
- Be computer literate and familiar with supportive office equipment
- Have an understanding of an affection for, and desire to work with the elderly
- Be able to handle crises and emergencies
- Medical office experience preferred
- Per Diem/ 3p-10pm
