Job Duties Include:
- Serve as the primary liaison between providers and clinicians.
- Identify and develop strategic relationships with the provider community, partner facilities, referring Optometrists, MD's and key influencers.
- Identify provider needs and offer solutions including educational opportunities, practice services and patient services.
- Grow market share by monitoring the competitive landscape and ensuring that the practice is positioned competitively.
- Work with Director of Business Development regarding marketing activities, new business opportunities, pipeline development, general issues and solutions.
- Work with Marketing Director regarding proposals, presentations, brand awareness and general marketing needs as they relate to prospective partnership deals.
- Track initiatives, prepare weekly status reports for leadership, prepare budgets and applicable expense reports.
- Maintain professional confidentiality and adherence to policies as applicable.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of business development experience.
- 3 years of proven provider liaison experience.
- 3 years of healthcare marketing experience.
- Ability to set and meet quotas/goals.
- Ability to learn, analyze, understand and convey complex information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong attention to detail, clinical/medical acumen and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results.
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a stressful environment.
- Ability to work in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Must have a valid driver's license and dependable vehicle for transportation.
