YOUTH OUTREACH WORKER
Job Summary
The Youth Outreach Worker provides culturally relevant outreach, engagement, and support services to transition aged youth and those who work/live with them, designed to promote support services. They also provide advocacy to program participants and coordination with the community and collaborative partners.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in related field with relevant work experience preferred.
- Candidates must be 21 , have a current valid driver’s license and the ability to drive for longer periods of time.
- Require transportation to all areas of the Cape.
- Ability to work Monday-Friday 8:00am-12:00pm
