Controller - Lincoln Construction Company
Report to the owner while leading a small team and taking ownership for all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, and management reporting for impressive Lincoln construction company who is admired throughout the community!
Take pride in knowing you are playing an important role as a member of the leadership team for this long-standing, profitable, and highly regarded Lincoln based construction company.
Supervise a small team while taking ownership for the following:
- Monthly financial statement preparation (full P&L and balance sheet).
- Management reporting for the Owner, COO, Project Managers, and Superintendents, so all members of the team understand the status, profitability, percentage completion and WIP for each construction project monthly.
- Client and project billing
- Focus on process improvement while identifying ways to increase efficiencies, profitability, and the overall corporation.
- Supervise payroll, HR, and quarterly payroll tax
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
- Ad hoc analysis and special projects for the Owner and leadership team.
