Our Life Enrichment Director Will:
- Plan community activities and events based on the interest of our residents, their talents, and hobbies.
- Design innovative programs and services that enhance the resident experience.
- Work closely with residents and families in meeting their individualized needs.
- Create community newsletters, social media posts, and other promotional materials.
- Coach and develop associates as healthcare professionals.
- Develop processes and procedures that build operational continuity, efficiency, safety and meet state and federal guidelines.
- Build strong relationships in a positive environment throughout the community.
