Auto Assistant Detail Manager Duties:
- Assist day-to-day activities in Detail Department as directed by Detail Manager
- Direct supervision of re-conditioners, detailers, and washer
- Ensure efficient workflow through the shop, including vehicle check-in, customer deliveries, and lot management
- Ensure proper usage, storage, and inventory of cleaning chemicals and other supplies
- Forecast detail requirements
- Manage inventory obsolescence
- Assist with detailing as needed
- Perform other duties as directed by the Detail Manager
Auto Assistant Detail Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years previous automobile detail experience / reconditioning experience is required
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends
- High School Diploma/GED required; college degree a plus
